Been using this for breakfast smoothies. I blend mine with a cup of orange juice, two teaspoons raw Maca, a handful of berries. I prefer golden berries but any kind of berry is good. Man, it tastes good! I follow up with Peruvian coffee and multigrain toast and all that keeps me going until 1 or 2 PM. I use it on the road, too, because it mixes well just by stirring with a fork. I started with whey, avoiding soy and then I found this. In 5 months I've dropped 22 lbs. doing high protein, healthy fats, and exercise.
